Mobile Photography: Personal Project.

What Is Mobile Photography?Mobile photography is when instead of taking photos
with a camera you take them with a mobile devise e.g Iphone, Ipod or Ipad. The more sophisticated camera lenses of new phones have allowed more people to explore photography on a daily basis and has lead to a rise of people using them instead of cameras. This video attempts to explain mobile photography and why it has become so popular.

My Mobile Photography.
We were asked to take 10 photos on a mobile device. Here are the photos I took:
These images I took in my garden, around my house and one of some family friends new kittens. I wanted to take close ups of the flowers as I feel this was the most effective way to capture the colours and patterns. I also focussed my phone purely on the flower and made the surrounding blurred as this made the flower stand out more against the background. I also took a silhouette photo from in my garden as the sky was a beautiful ombre blue. I also edited this image to make the actual silhouette darker and the sky brighter to make it standout more.
Robert-Paul Jansen- Mobile Photographer.
After discovering the iPhone as a camera, Robert-Paul Jansen found that the limitations of the iPhone forced him to push the limits of the device in search of the best exposure and the right composition. His goal is to make people more aware of the tiny, special details around them. Robert-Paul is a firm believer that beauty can be found anywhere, you just have to be open to see it. He believes that these tiny details can become single-frame fairytales. These are some of the photos taken by Robert-Paul Jansen:
Here are some photos I took using the mobile photography app Andigraf:
This is an app that allows you to take multiple photos and turn it into one, you can also add special effects:
Andigraf Photos.
Here we were told to experiment and try and improve previous attempts with the app andigraf:
I really liked my outcomes of using this app, as it allows you to take four photos straight after one another. and it lets you take 4 photos next to eachother. I think this is very effective when rotating an object and looking at it from different angles which is what I did with the tree.

We were told to take 10+ photos with the theme of autum:
Here I took some more images using an Iphone, some where taken on a holiday I went on and some around my house and garden. We had a autumn theme so I wanted to focus some of my images of the autumn coloured sky, I used and app to edit these to make the contrast between the sky and the small silhouettes of building in front of them. I also took pictures of the autumn coloured leaves and landscapes of the holiday I went on as this is a key feature of autum.
